A hydraulically controlled shut-off valve.

Application area and experience
The shut-off valve is installed in the tubing string above the stinger, has a through bore and is designed to connect the upper and lower tubing spaces and to enable shutting off the well. The valve is held open by pressure in the hydraulic control line. It is controlled from a surface station with remote-connection capability.
