Well Completion
Our well-service engineers support operations at every stage: from selecting the optimal assembly for the specific geological and technical conditions to calculating equipment-activation modes and monitoring critical parameters in real time. Support includes technology-selection consulting and adaptation of solutions to site constraints and the requirements of vertically integrated oil companies (VIOCs).
Control of assembly, run-in and activation of downhole systems
We provide end-to-end quality control at the critical stages:
- verification that equipment conforms to the design documentation and technical specifications;
- assembly control at the base — including inspection of threaded connections, tightness and mechanism actuation;
- run-in monitoring — control of loads, speeds and equipment position;
- activation support with parameter logging and confirmation of actuation.
Analysis and adjustment of operations
Based on actual data (telemetry, reports, records), we perform prompt analysis of the job progress and adjust the plan if necessary. This makes it possible to respond to abnormal situations in time, change activation scenarios, reallocate resources and minimize downtime.
Additional functions at the customer's request
We flexibly adapt the service to individual requirements, including:
- development of special procedures and instructions;
- participation in incident investigations and preparation of recommendations to prevent recurrence;
- training seminars and briefings for the customer’s and contractors’ personnel;
- preparation of extended reporting (including photo and video records, test protocols and equipment-serviceability conclusions).
