Filters F, FB, Filtration Units FU
Filters are designed for removing mechanical impurities from crude and commercial oil, petroleum products, gas condensate, formation water, natural gas, and other liquid and gaseous working media, in order to protect process equipment, instruments, and machinery from damage at oil, oil refining, petrochemical, chemical, gas, and other industrial facilities. The working media for filters and filtration units include media containing biological substances (air, water), as well as media containing hazardous substances of classes 1, 2, 3, and 4 in accordance with GOST 12.1.007.
SPECIFICATIONS
- minimum permissible apparatus wall temperature: not less than −60 °C;
- working temperature: from −32 to +30 °C;
- working pressure: not more than 1.6 MPa;
- capacity: not more than 0.05 m³;
- nominal filtration fineness: 0.2 mm.
ADVANTAGES
- working media purified by the filter correspond to group 1 and group 2 as classified in accordance with the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 032/2013;

APPLICATION AREA AND EXPERIENCE
F, FB Filters and FU Filtration Units are used at oil, oil refining, petrochemical, chemical, gas, and other industrial facilities for removing mechanical impurities from liquid and gaseous working media. The equipment provides reliable protection of process devices, instruments, and machinery from damage, operating effectively in hazardous areas of all classes and outdoor installations of class B1.
